The knowledgeable and friendly Guest Services staff is ready to help you with any questions about our stores and amenities at Great Lakes Crossing. Guest Services is available in District/Entry 6 during all mall hours or by telephone at (248) 454-5000.

ATMs
Convenient Bank of America ATMs are located in District 2, Entry 7 at in the Food Court.

 Children's Play Area
Try out our life-size picnic play area located in the Food Court. Climb a huge cupcake, giant ladybugs and a mammoth hot dog at a larger-than-life picnic. 

Disabled Services 
Wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are available at Guest Services located in District/Entry 6. Both are available on a first-come, first serve basis. A refundable deposit of $10 is required.

Locker Rentals
Storage lockers of different sizes are available for rent at Entry 1, Entry 2, Entry 4, Entry 8, in the cut-through hallway between District 1 and District 3, in the cut-through hallway between District 4 and District 9 and in the Food Court.

Shopping Cart Rentals
Planning to shop until you drop? Shopping cart rentals are available at five entrances: Entry 1, Entry 4, Entry 6, Entry 7 and Entry 8.

Great Lakes Crossing Gift Cards
Mall gift cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500 in three different card designs with complimentary gift box and gift bag at the Guest Services desk located in District/Entry 6 or online. Gift cards can be redeemed at all stores and restaurants that accept American Express.

Ticketmaster Retail Location
Great Lakes Crossing offers a Ticketmaster retail outlet at the Guest Services Desk in District/Entry 6.
